1995

Foundation of the Temple

Established by a group of devoted community members who envisioned a spiritual home for the growing Indian community in Nairobi. The first small temple structure was built in Ngara.

2000

First Major Expansion

Completed the first major expansion to accommodate the growing number of devotees. Added the main prayer hall and community kitchen to serve Prasad during festivals.

2010

Youth Wing Established

Launched the Youth Wing to engage the younger generation in spiritual and cultural activities. This initiative has grown to become one of our most vibrant community programs.

2020

Modern Renovation

Completed a comprehensive renovation project that modernized facilities while preserving traditional architecture. Added the community hall and educational center.
